BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS – Workshops
• Full payment must be received prior to attending the workshop. (The exception to this is payment via PayPal ‘Pay Later’, which is a credit agreement set up directly with PayPal).
• Payment can be made directly through the website via the PayPal payment platform, either as a PayPal payment, PayPal credit if you have a PayPal account or as a regular card payment. There is also the option of ‘PayPal Pay Later’, which splits the cost over 3 payments via a 0% interest-free agreement with PayPal.
• If you prefer to pay via Bank transfer, please make contact via the website contact form or via email.
• The ‘Early Bird’ Price is available for bookings made (and paid in full) in advance of the workshop start date. The ‘Early Bird’ price is available as a special price with a limited time frame, for example, as a ‘seasonal special’ price.
Options available for making payments for workshops:
Payment Online
1) PayPal:
Select PayPal to pay instantly via a PayPal account, either via your debit card if it’s linked to your PayPal account or via your PayPal balance.
2) Debit or Credit Card:
This option is available when you reach the checkout page and is processed using the PayPal platform. It’s not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay in this way.
3) PayPal Pay Later:
Choose the option ‘PayPal Pay Later’ if you want to use ‘PayPal pay in 3’, this is a 0% interest-free credit payment option. You’ll need to have a PayPal account to use this option.

Important Note: When payment is made using this method, the Instructor receives payment in full from PayPal, which allows you to attend the workshop. Your agreement to pay the balance remains with PayPal, not with us.
Payment by Bank transfer (BACS):
Please contact us directly, via email or the contact page of the website, for bank details.
Cancellation Refund Policy:
In the event you need to cancel your booking for any reason the refund policy is as follows:
Up until 4 weeks before the workshop – full refund.*
Within 4 weeks leading up to the workshop – no refund.
Payments may be transferred to another workshop at no extra cost.
* Please note – In the event that your original payment involved currency exchange or bank transfer/PayPal fees you will be refunded the amount that arrived on completion of the transfer, minus any charges.
Please note the following exceptions to the refund policy above:
In the case of the PSYCH-K® Master Facilitation workshop, once you have paid in full and been sent a copy of the PSYCH-K® Facilitator Manual your payment is non-refundable, as this marks the start of the workshop. Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason you will be offered a place on another Master Facilitation workshop date with the same Instructor.
The same applies to PSYCH-K® Online workshops. Once you have been sent the link to download the workshop materials and watch the supporting video by Bruce Lipton, a refund is no longer possible as it marks the start of the workshop. Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason you will be offered a place on another Online workshop date with the same Instructor.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Instructor, a full refund will be issued.
The Instructor is not liable for any consequential expenses, such as travel or accommodation etc.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS – Life By Design Programme
These Programme Terms apply specifically to Life by Design – A Journey of Liberation and sit alongside the general Terms & Conditions on this website. By purchasing this programme, you agree to the terms below.
Programme Structure & Access
Life by Design is structured as a 16-week self-guided journey, designed to support steady, sustainable change. You will have ongoing access to the programme materials so you can move through the chapters at a pace that supports your life and return to the content whenever it feels helpful.
PSYCH-K® 1:1 Sessions within the programme
The programme includes three private 90-minute 1:1 PSYCH-K® sessions with Sharon Lock.
Please note:
All three sessions must be booked and used within six months of joining the programme. Sessions not used within this six-month period will expire and cannot be carried forward, transferred, refunded or exchanged. This boundary is in place to support continuity, integration and personal responsibility.
Self-Responsibility
Life by Design is a self-guided programme. Your experience and outcomes depend on your engagement and willingness to participate honestly in the process. No specific results are guaranteed, and nothing in this programme replaces your own responsibility for your choices, actions or wellbeing.
Not a PSYCH-K® Training Programme
Life by Design is not a PSYCH-K® training or certification programme. You will not be taught PSYCH-K® processes or techniques to facilitate with yourself or others. The 1:1 sessions are for your personal support only, facilitated by Sharon as a Certified PSYCH-K® Instructor.
Refunds
Because this programme includes private 1:1 sessions and immediate access to digital content, refunds are not offered.

All content within Life by Design, including written materials, audio recordings, visualisations, exercises and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Sharon Lock. This content is provided for your personal use only. It may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, taught, adapted or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Unauthorised use or distribution of programme content is prohibited.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS – Private 1:1 sessions
• In the event you need to cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, full payment is required.
CONFIDENTIALITY
In the case of PSYCH-K® private 1:1 sessions, and with your permission, notes will be taken during the session. These notes and anything discussed within the session remain confidential and will not be shared without your permission. Rare exceptions to this confidentiality policy may be where the client is at immediate risk of causing harm to themselves or others. Other exceptions may be where the law states disclosure is required, such as if the Facilitator was summoned as a witness in a court of law.
DISCLAIMER
The PSYCH-K® process is strictly limited to the modification of beliefs. The PSYCH-K process is not designed to diagnose medical problems, nor is it a replacement for medical attention or professional mental health care.
Cancellation Refund Policy:
In the event, you need to cancel your PSYCH-K® 1:1 session booking for any reason you will be offered the option to rebook another date. However, if it’s not possible to reschedule and you require a refund the refund policy is as follows:
Single PSYCH-K® 1:1 session
Up until 48hrs prior to the session, when you have paid for a single 1:1 PSYCH-K® session, a refund is possible. Within 24hrs leading up to the session, no refund is possible.
Life Edit Package
If you have booked and paid for a package of 3 PSYCH-K® sessions (the Life Edit) the option of a refund is available up until 48hrs prior to your first session. However, once you have attended your first session a refund is no longer available. All 3 sessions should be used within a six-month period as the intention is for each session to build on the previous one. Should you have sessions left over these will be available to use within a one-year period (from the time of booking), after which time they will expire.
