The Life Edit – 3 x PSYCH-K® sessions
The Life Edit is a package of three 90-minute 1:1 sessions, designed to give you the space and continuity to create meaningful change over time.
There are two main ways people tend to use these sessions.
Some choose to focus on one key area of life that has several layers to it. For example, you might decide to work on your career or work life. Over the three sessions, we can explore the different factors shaping your experience, things like confidence and self-worth, work–life balance, relationships at work, beliefs around money, or habits such as procrastination. Rather than treating these as separate issues, we look at how they connect and influence one another, so change feels more integrated and sustainable.
Others prefer to use each session to work on a different area of life. This might include relationships, money and finances, fears or phobias, anxiety, or experiences from the past or present that still feel unresolved. Although these areas can appear unrelated at first, it’s often the case that shifts in one area naturally support change in others, simply because life is interconnected.
Before we begin
Once you’ve booked your first session, you’ll receive a link to an intake form outlining what to expect from the experience. This includes some short pre-session questions designed to help you clarify what you’d most like to change and what feels most important right now.
Your responses give us a clear starting point and provide a useful reference point throughout the three sessions.
Session one
In our first session, we’ll explore what’s currently going on for you and expand on your pre-session reflections. From there, we’ll clarify what you would like to experience instead and begin working towards that together.
We’ll also leave time at the end of the session to agree on practical, realistic action steps.
Session one is foundational to the work we’ll do together, so I usually suggest allowing up to two hours. This gives us a little extra time, should we need it, and allows space for any additional reflection following the session.
Session two & three
In the following sessions, we’ll review what has changed since we last met and how you’ve found putting your action steps into practice. We’ll take into account any challenges that arose and use that information to guide the next phase of our work together.
Each session builds on the previous one, with the process shaped around what feels most meaningful and relevant to you. We’ll finish each session by defining the next steps to help you integrate the work into everyday life.
All sessions include personalised session notes emailed to you afterwards. These notes outline the changes we made during the session, along with a record of any action steps you defined at the end.
On completion
You also have the option of an email check-in a few weeks after your final session to discuss how things are going.
How the package works best
The Life Edit is designed as a connected process, with each session building on the last and time in between to take action and notice what has changed.
Many people choose to space the sessions monthly over three months, though this can be adjusted depending on your goals and circumstances. I’m always guided by what feels right for you.
Ideally, all three sessions should be completed within six months, as they are intended to build on one another rather than function as standalone sessions. Please see the Terms & Conditions for further details.
