Connection, fun and a little magic!

This past month has been filled with deep connections, spontaneous fun,
and a touch of manifestation magic

I’ve had the joy of teaching both a PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop In-Person and a 4-day Master Facilitation Workshop In-Person – and honestly, my heart is still full from the experience.

Workshops & Connection
One of my favourite things about teaching PSYCH-K® is the way people come in as strangers and leave as friends. At the Basic Workshop, it never fails to amaze me how quickly trust, laughter, and connection blossom. The transformations are powerful, but it’s the bonds created that astound me time and time again.

At the Master Facilitation Workshop, the journey goes even deeper. Watching those attending grow into such exquisite facilitators is pure gold. Their confidence builds, their skills refine, and the way they hold space becomes something truly beautiful to witness. It’s a privilege every single time.

And of course, we don’t just transform – we have fun too! At the Basic Workshop, Tom stumbled across an Aladdin’s cave of houseplants nearby, and before we knew it, we’d all taken a little field trip at lunchtime. Everyone came back with new plant friends. Spontaneous joy in action.

A Little Manifestation Magic
I’ve also just finished reading Elizabeth Gilbert’s brand new book, All The Way to the River. I didn’t even know the UK release date, but I felt a nudge to pop into Waterstones. It wasn’t on display, so I asked, and by some twist of magic, the delivery had arrived that very morning. Not only did the staff find me a copy fresh from the box – it turned out to be signed. How’s that for manifestation?

Creative Spaces
I haven’t explored as many new workspaces this month, but I did spend a Wednesday afternoon working from Left Bank in Leeds,  a stunning converted church that’s now a community space. The light, the atmosphere, the sense of history… it was a lovely spot to work from. If you know of other inspiring places in Leeds I should check out, I’d love to hear your recommendations.

Final Thoughts
This month has reminded me how much connection, spontaneity, and little sparks of magic can uplift us. Whether it’s friendships formed in a workshop, a surprise signed book, or an impromptu plant-shopping trip – joy shows up in the most unexpected places.

What about you? Where has joy or surprise shown up in your world lately? I’d love to hear about it!

With love,

Sharon xo
