Reflecting on Summer
From Transformational Sessions to Wildflower Meadows
With a pause from in-person workshops this summer, life unfolded at a slightly different rhythm. A little more spacious, a little more reflective, and filled with some beautiful moments worth sharing.
The Gift of 1:1 Sessions
When I’m in the full flow of teaching, I don’t always have as much time to offer 1:1 PSYCH-K® sessions. So this summer has been a gift – space to meet new people, witness transformations, and walk beside them as things gently unfold.
It always feels like such a privilege to be trusted with someone’s inner journey. Watching someone release old patterns and step into something freer never loses its magic.

A Late-Summer Adventure
I even managed to carve out some family time with a spontaneous trip to the Peak District. Now, anyone who knows me knows I’m a planner (Virgo rising – if you know, you know!). But this time,
I set aside the dates and simply trusted inspiration to guide us.
It turned into such a lovely adventure – a cosy cottage, meandering through pretty villages, soaking up history, and wandering across countryside paths. A reminder that sometimes spontaneity brings just as much joy as careful planning.
Flowers, Farming & Gratitude
Another highlight was visiting Mallard Grange Farm in North Yorkshire. I sat in the middle of a wildflower meadow listening to the bees – such a simple joy.
I left with sunflowers, freshly laid eggs, and something more intangible: gratitude. Gratitude for James and Emily, who are pouring love and passion into regenerative farming, and for their little girl Jemima, who already seems so at home among the flowers. Their way of living left me feeling deeply inspired.
Cultivating Peace Together
As a community, we’ve continued gathering for our weekly Cultivating Peace Zoom calls. Each week we explore peace from a different angle – from inner conflict to polarising viewpoints, to how we respond when those around us are struggling.
We’ve even uncovered the hidden subconscious “reasons” we sometimes hold onto unrest. The discussions have been rich, and each call has brought some beautiful PSYCH-K® transformations. A gentle reminder that while we can’t transform the whole world in an instant, we can begin by cultivating peace within ourselves.
Creating Our Vision
Cazzie and I also hosted our second ‘Create Your Vision’ day, themed around Abundance. It was such a joy to welcome a new group online, supporting them to deepen their PSYCH-K® practice. The feedback was heart-warming, and it’s clear these themed days are something we’ll continue to nurture together.
Teaching Across Borders
On top of this, Cazzie and I taught another PSYCH-K® Online Level 1 workshop in August. I’m still amazed that we can sit side by side on Zoom while connecting with people from every corner of the world. The curiosity, openness, and breakthroughs always remind me of why I love teaching.
Looking Ahead
As autumn begins, I feel excited to step back into the room for in-person workshops – adding to our PSYCH-K® family and guiding more people to weave this life-changing work into their daily lives. There really is nothing quite like being together in person.
A Final Reflection
If the summer has shown me anything, it’s that inspiration comes in unexpected places – in the quiet of a 1:1 session, on a family walk, or sitting in a wild flower meadow.
Where has inspiration found you lately? And where might you invite in a little more peace, gratitude, or spontaneity?
With love,
Sharon xo
