October – Embracing Transformation

As the leaves begin to change and the days shorten, October invites us into one of the most powerful parts of the seasonal cycle – transformation. Autumn is a time of transition, a moment to release what no longer serves us and create space for what’s next.

In September, we talked about returning to structure and rhythm. Now, October asks us to take that a step further: to look honestly at what we’ve outgrown and to choose, with intention, what we want to carry forward.

This can show up in many areas of life:

  • Business: What projects, systems, or commitments feel outdated and ready to be let go? What new opportunities could you make space for?
  • Personal rhythms: Which habits no longer feel supportive? Where might a small shift bring more ease and energy into your days?
  • Purpose: What beliefs, roles, or ways of working no longer fit the person you’re becoming? What fresh direction feels aligned with your deeper “why”?

Transformation doesn’t always come in grand gestures. Sometimes it’s the quiet decision to let go of one thing, or to take one new step, that opens the door to change.

This October, let’s notice what’s ready to fall away and what’s waiting to emerge. Every shift, no matter how small, moves you closer to the life and work you’re here to create.

With transformation and grace,
